                                        STORIES FOR    FROG   EXPORTATION              There was a big ship for transportation on the sea shore of Kolkata beach. The exportation were for frogs from India to other foreign countries. The receiving manager were standing on the shore, he saw that the frogs were on big barrels. When you keep yourself well dress with proper clothes like Businessman or officers along with proper hair style and good behaviour with smile on face than no matter what kind of small profession your are in people will respect you and ask for your introduction. Let me share my experience when i visited one small shop to purchase a poster paint colour. The shopkeeper uncle was aged so i ask whether he is was a retired Army Officer. The shopkeeper uncle just smile and replied saying “many people ask me this question , I have never been in Good Service nor in Army but had the same stationary shop, the only difference among other shopkeeper is that they are not well dress nor do they response properly to the customer  but I don’t do this, I cleaned my beard, dress press clothes and keep my hair simple and with smiling face i behave properly with everyone ” that's make the difference and he smiled.         When you are polite and smile at the person who were rude at you, you will see that the person who was rude will smile back to you and will start behaving normally. Let me share my experience, I took an auto for going to market and it was very near from my home, when I got down I gave him the actual amount but he was charging me double and was speaking in high volume, auto driver was in short temper, but I just smile at him and spoke in low volume saying I gave the actual amount still why charging me high, auto driver than calmed down and said its ok. That is the magic of remaining calm and smiling when other person is rude at you. We can also see the magic of smile when people visit famous MNC, Restaurant or Fast Food Restaurant like MacDonalds, Dominos, Dunkin Donads, and many more.
