            We all need to recharge our spiritual battery to progress in Life. As we all know even mobile phone is dead if we continuously keep using for 6-7 hours, its battery gets discharge.                                         STORIES FOR    FROG   EXPORTATION              There was a big ship for transportation on the sea shore of Kolkata beach. The exportation were for frogs from India to other foreign countries. The receiving manager were standing on the shore, he saw that the frogs were on big barrels. The manager was shocked to see that the barrels are open , so he asked the exportation manager “The Barrels are open, some frogs might have jumped out of the box”. The Exportation manager replied its not possible that the frogs have jumped out of the box. Receiving manager asked “why its not possible that it would have jumped out of the barrel?”. Exportation manager replied because all the frogs in barrel are from India , if one tries to come out there are 10 others to pull down his legs down and that is the reason why non of the frogs can come out of barrel. When you keep yourself well dress with proper clothes like Businessman or officers along with proper hair style and good behaviour with smile on face than no matter what kind of small profession your are in people will respect you and ask for your introduction. Let me share my experience when i visited one small shop to purchase a poster paint colour. The shopkeeper uncle was aged so i ask whether he is was a retired Army Officer. The shopkeeper uncle just smile and replied saying “many people ask me this question , I have never been in Good Service nor in Army but had the same stationary shop, the only difference among other shopkeeper is that they are not well dress nor do they response properly to the customer  but I don’t do this, I cleaned my beard, dress press clothes and keep my hair simple and with smiling face i behave properly with everyone ” that's make the difference and he smiled.         When you are polite and smile at the person who were rude at you, you will see that the person who was rude will smile back to you and will start behaving normally. Let me share my experience, I took an auto for going to market and it was very near from my home, when I got down I gave him the actual amount but he was charging me double and was speaking in high volume, auto driver was in short temper, but I just smile at him and spoke in low volume saying I gave the actual amount still why charging me high, auto driver than calmed down and said its ok. That is the magic of remaining calm and smiling when other person is rude at you. We can also see the magic of smile when people visit famous MNC, Restaurant or Fast Food Restaurant like MacDonalds, Dominos, Dunkin Donads, and many more. Do you know why people Love to visit those places? Reason is because they smile , there is self service and they give respect by saying “Sir, May I help You”. This small things matters a lot

        It’s so wonderful when you experience the blessings of God. We experience the Highest Authority’s touching when we meditate early morning. When you make your mind free your creativity increases and you are able to get solutions of all questions related to work or nature or spiritual. A free mind is open to everything and attach to nothing. The problem with people is they spend most of their time looking for reason to be offended. An open mind is never offended as it is free from attachments. It is not the self which is offended but the illusion that the self have of itself that is affected by insult. If you can really understand this, deeply grasp its truth, Live it each day, then there will be no more pain. Next time whenever you feel offended look closely within yourself at yourself and ask yourself what was offended ? If you remain aware, then you will see that it was only an image of yourself which you had become attached. If you weren’t attached, if you didn’t identify with the wrong image of yourself then there would be no offence taken. You would then remain Free and therefore Happy. 

Take out time for Yourself, go out and sit with Nature for a while, creativity will start flowing. You will know what exactly you want to be in Life. Put yourself in a creative space and make time to write. You can write poem, fiction stories sitting with nature as this allows to make your brain works more creatively. You can write about Yourself, you don’t have to write about others. Don’t let the rules of language become a barrier. Evoke a moment  in time,  a person, an event, an impression, a feeling an insight. Give voice to the deep and meaningful part of yourself. Be Honest of Yourself, be Brave, be Creative and Write. Don’t think of others how to improve them, improve yourself first. Check every mistake you make as these will give you personal growth in Life. You don’t have to teach people what to Follow , people will correct their own mistake and grow by observing you as an example.
